UV Control Strips from UV-Tec are self-adhesive stickers with a UV sensitive coating.  As a test method for process development or quality control, these can be applied to your products and run through your production process. When exposed to UV energy they change through a series of colours which can then be compared against a colour chart relating to an energy level in mJ/cm.  For exact quantitative measurement you can use a spectrophotometer.  

Each strip is 10cm long and can be cut into smaller test samples. There are three different energy ranges available as follows: 10-200 mJ/cm²; 200-600 mJ/cm²; and 5-60 mJ/cm².

This product is particularly relevant during process development or where UV radiometers cannot be used due to limited space or access. Typical applications for these strips include: web and coil processing; container decoration and coating; and complex 3D parts.
