UVio C-Series Conveyors
The 'C' Series Conveyors are production UV curing units suitable for laboratory and R & D applications. They can be used for testing adhesives, inks and coatings for cure response or performance evaluation, as well as product qualification. 
This custom built range can be configured for all Fusion lamp combinations. All the conveyor and lamp system controls are combined onto a single touch-screen control panel. The conveyor will handle a variety of substrates, and the lamp housing is adjustable to accommodate both flat and small 3D parts. Additionally, this is available as a combination air or nitrogen inerted system using UVio’s unique UViNERT system.
UViNERT Nitrogen Inerting system 
A unique feature of the ‘C’ Series conveyors is that they can be retro-fitted with our UViNERT nitrogen inerting system using the removable compact quartz deflector plate and nitrogen delivery system.
This combination system allows the user to alter the conveyor to run an inerted set-up or standard air cure conveyor with clearance for tall parts.

The ‘C’ Series conveyors are a custom built range that can be configured for all Fusion lamp combinations.
